Problem Resolution: We will fulfill a customer's request and do whatever it takes to satisfy and exceed their service expectations. We know how important it is for our customers to know that we are responding to their questions and concerns. We will respond and resolve an issue as soon as possible. If for some reason we cannot meet that goal, our customer will be kept informed and up-to-date on the progress made in resolving the issue.
